RushQ collects minimal information required to facilitate food stall queueing and ordering. For stall operators, we collect business names and authenticated mobile numbers. For customers, ordering is frictionless and does not require account creation or personal identity profiling.

Information is exclusively used to manage order queues, provide live order status tracking, and deliver real-time kitchen preparation metrics to stall vendors. We do not sell or monetize user data.

Data is secured via high-performance edge infrastructure with encrypted transit and isolated database sessions.
