1. Service Description
RushQ provides web-based digital queue and ordering software for food vendors, takeaway stalls, and their customers. By accessing or using the platform, vendors and users agree to these terms.
2. Vendor Responsibilities
Stall operators are solely responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, food preparation standards, and direct fulfillment to customers.
3. Platform Availability
RushQ provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, optimized for high uptime and low-latency performance.
